Second round club officer training launches in early November.

The two hour package has a choice between two modules in the first hour:

• Making Pathways Work for You (which will include new BaseCamp and BaseCamp Manager - as all Club Officers are now Base Camp Managers) 

• Club Succession Planning (never too early to start finding next years Club Executive)

Then the second hour also has a choice between two modules:

• Distinguished Club Program - Club Success (also includes an orientation to the District 70 DCP incentives)

• Member Engagement and Retention (sharing ideas from across the District and in your group)

If it is a zoom session you will receive a Workbook and the zoom link one to two days prior to your session. 

Remember if you are hold multiple club officer roles in one or more clubs, you only need to attend one COT session in the second round.
